  1. UNPREDICTABLE MOVEMENTS  
Canon.   Usually default. Pre, During or Post Breaking.Dawn or with a random plot. Nothing too specific. More so if you're not comfy with my verse main verse below. Basically, in the end- a catch all if a thread isn't specific.  2. A NEW START  
SECOND MAIN VERSE.   (Honestly, should be canon imo) Alistair is on the “veggie diet” it takes his body a long time to adjust to the new diet. However, it's more beneficial for him because then he doesn't have to interact with humans. He moves up to Denali where he can be away from humans and be monitored.  2.1 FINALLY FOUND FULFILLMENT  
AU. (the true main verse I've had for years with my old writing partner Jess on twilight's official ning.com that's since closed, and a dear friend Sarah who no longer rps. but if people aren't comfy with it, I wont push it!!! <3 Both wrote Tanya beautifully and brought something unique to the table. It's great they were both comfy sharing this crusty old vampire.) -- Alistair lives up in Denali with the Coven that resides there. Over years of adjusting to his new diet, Tanya gets through to him and eventually the two bond and develop feelings for one another. She really brings him out of his shell.  2.2 ON THE RUN (FT. @WASTHEHEART)  
AU. Sub-verse with @wastheheart !!! Esme develops a very unique ability; and is now on the Volturi radar. Alistair now living with the Denali coven, offers to assist by keeping Esme hidden and on the run from the Volturi's trackers. He knows which way to outrun them. And will do just that with her until things are settled.  3. ONE FELL OUT OF THE NEST  
SUPERNATURAL. Nestless vamp on his own. Still created by Astaroth-his vampire creator- but was left to his own destruction having to find out most things on his own outside of the pointers that Astaroth gave him. Likes to lay low and off hunters' radars.  4. WRITE YOUR STORY IN YOUR BLOOD  
THE VAMPIRE DIARIES. Alistair is a nomad, as he do. He does not have a daylight ring and travels during nighttime and mainly stays hidden in lush forests, old derelict buildings or caves. I'll figure out which bloodline he's part of later.  5. ONLY HUMAN  
CANON OR AU. Modern or past. Alistair is just a human, probably homeless dude trying to get by. Maybe a backpacker through Europe or something???
The Past part of this takes place in the 1300s. He lives at his family's Estate, hunting for sport.  6. THE ACCURATE ASSUMPTION  
BREAKING DAWN VISION IS TRUE. Everything that happens in Alice's vision comes true. Part of Alistair is like "I told you so..." but yeah... angsty threads for that go here.  6.1 WHERE GRIEF AND LOVE MEET. (Ft. @WASTHEHEART)  
AU. Sub-verse with @wastheheart again! After the battle and a lot of lives lost, Alistair checks in on the Cullens from time to time a little more often than he normally would. Most of the members of the family had dispersed. Years had passed since the fight, quite a few even. But to keep a long story short, Alistair and Esme slowly develop a friendship that turns romantic. Alistair taking care of his bestie's wifey after he's gone. Sounds wack, but listen. we like ships in this house.  7. ONE OF THE GUARDS  
VOLTURI AU. Alistair is basically forced into joining the Volturi because his tracking gift is just as good as Demetri, if not better in some cases. (such as distance tracked and objects) He's reluctant to be there but Chelsea keeps him there with her gift. Either join them or perish situation. He basically goes numb to make it through the days.  8. A WORLD COATED IN DUST  
THE GOLDEN COMPASS. Alistair has a daemon that takes the form of a Peregrine Falcon "Avice" (ae-viss). She is more outspoken than Alistair and will often speak for him if he doesn't feel up to talking himself.  9. A MOST CURIOUS AFFLICTION  
THE NEVERS. Alistair lives in Victorian London and was touched by a spore left by the Galanthi. He is one of the few men who develop a special ability/trait. He is able to track people and objects over vast distances like in twi. He is human in this verse. Probably wont get to use it since the show was short-lived but I have it listed just in case.

BIOGRAPHY

  Background  
ㅤㅤSydney is originally a Canadian girl but she could live in any place a thread might call for it. (I am also Canadian. So like... write what you know. lmao!) She probably would have grown up in a big city and probably defaulted to Toronto because there's just a ton of potential there. Despite having only been there like.......10 times in my lifetime lol! nonetheless. Nonetheless, she might live in other cities or areas such as the United States or something. But her origins are in Canada.

She grew up in a small family home in the city. I haven't decided yet if she has had siblings or not. So bear with me on that. She got fair grades in school and didn't go to any college or university afterward. A long line of women in her family have had the physical medium ability, selecting one child from each generation to be a medium. So Sydney was not alone in her abilities. She had lots of support and wisdom from those who came before her.

Sydney does not practise witchcraft, though a lot of people's muses have that assumption. She does not. Though some things she might take some things from witchcraft and other sort of cleansing manners for a couple things she would need to use to take care of any spirits or entities.

She usually keeps a chipper attitude despite the dead that plague her. She's kind of a bimbo, to be honest. She doesn't let the spirits dampen her mood and tries to make the best of it. However, that doesn't mean that she doesn't have internal problems such as depression and anxiety, treated with medications.
ㅤ
She lives in an apartment and it could be anywhere that a thread could call for it. But it's not the best place. It needs a lot of upkeep and the landlord is very hands-off. Though the rent is cheap... it has its reasons. Thus she tries to make the best of it on the inside- even adding a few extra locks to the door because there's a handful of sketchy people in her building. The apartment resides above a store on the ground floor, they would use a door between stores to get to the main area with mailboxes and stairs going up. There is no elevator. rest in peace to anyone coming over. She lives on the 4th floor of a 7-story building.

A bit down the line timeline-wise, she will develop a heart problem and respiratory problems. Actually having her been diagnosed with them. But pre-diagnosis she will start to have problems and it progressively gets worse. A lot of real-life mediums have problems with their health throughout their lives. So, only fitting I put my muse through pain. Probably would seek treatment of some kind.  POWERS & ABILITIES  
Sydney is a physical medium, meaning she can communicate with the dead or anything really on the other side. That being demons, elementals, gods, angels, shadow people, ghosts, spirits, elementals, etc. She can hear, feel, sense, and see them. She can also see and feel the energies of those around her if she gets bad vibes from them or positive.

Sometimes these beings will make her physically ill being in their presence. They can also tell her things about people that they might otherwise not what known. Sometimes spirits want to talk, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they can be absolute heathens and make her life hell.

I take my main lore for the dead from the show "Dead Files" and "Ghost Adventures." but also sprinkle in some other paranormal shows because I personally just love watching them. Lastly would be Supernatural since the lore of the show is a bit different than what is considered to be "real-life lore." They have their own lore when it comes to spirits.

For instance, in the supernatural verse; Sydney is able to see demons, angels, and anything else that the otherwise human eyes cannot see, or if a being is only making another person see them, Sydney is also able to see/hear/feel them.  HOBBIES  
Sydney likes to draw, because write what you know. She also enjoys researching and writing about cryptids in her spare time. She knows a fair bit about spirits and entities, so she's your go-to girl about that. She also has an interest in sasquatch and deep sea cryptids to add to her favourite cryptids list.

Sydney also enjoys urban exploring in old buildings and partake in photography of such places. She does wear a respirator when doing so because you don't know what's in those buildings.

Besides some creepy things, she also loves to bake and cook, trying new recipes is always a challenge and exciting for her. She will gladly give her friends away baked goods even when they haven't asked for it. She just likes to make people smile through food.

ㅤㅤBasically everything above, in a verse. No specific verse, a verse for having not decided yet. Or I simply forget what verse a thread is in!


  VERSE 2  
Supernatural.  
ㅤㅤIn this verse, basically the bio and such takes place, but Sydney will help hunters on cases. Though she isn't confident herself with hunting, often looking for any other potential ways for a case to turn out that doesn't involve murdering everything. But alas, sometimes unaliving spooky things in the way to go in this series lol.


  VERSE 3 
Vampires.  
This verse could go either way, Sydney is either a human interacting with characters from said series, or she could be turned into a vampire. Her mediumship gets stronger post-transformation.She is torn on feeding on humans or animals. Probably ultimately opts for the latter. But gimme moments where she slips and attacks humans.In the vampire.academy verse, she is a feeder for vampires uwu


  VERSE 4 
Zombie Apocalypse  
ㅤㅤIn this verse, before the apocalypse- probably the walking.dead verse. Sydney takes a trip down to the united states and ultimately gets trapped there due to the breakout. She has no way back home to her family or her pet pearl. She doesn't know how they faired in the apocalypse. Though because she is able to see/speak with the dead, she doesn't have her family come through until a few years into said apocalypse.Because she is medicated for depression and anxiety, she does struggle for the first while after she runs out of her medication due to withdrawal and suffers through symptoms plus the dead trying to come to her. Which has dramatically increased since the start of the apocalypse. So, she does have to deal with that as well.She is not a fighter, she rather stay in the safe zones and help the community from the inside.I imagine she would eventually not survive the apocalypse.In twd side of this verse, she resides at Hilltop- I watched until hilltop burned, around that area... So, not too sure about after that. Also, she is terrified of Negan :')

  VERSE 5  
Superheroes  
ㅤSince Power Rangers Super Sentai has done crossovers with Marvel and DC comics before, they have been owned by Disney who owns Marvel now, it makes sense to make my superhero verse the Westernized version of Choujin Sentai Jetman. More verse info here: x On the same note, she is not a physical medium in this verse unless it is a crossover with another verse for a specific thread.

ㅤWould basically be the same thing as any other verse, but I use icon banners featuring an animated fc.

Fantasy  
ㅤI haven't really used this verse as of yet, except maybe one thread really early on. So I will probably scrap and replace it with something else. But if you are interested! Sydney is a fairy/pixie, For convenience, she is able to shrink herself to a small size, or make herself 5'4.


  VERSE 8 
His Dark Materials/The Goldnen Compass  
ㅤSydney has a daemon named "Paul" He is an eastern bluebird. Instead of seeing the dead, she is able to see "dust" but she keeps that a secret.


  VERSE 9 
The Nevers  
In this verse, Sydney is in 1899, Victorian London. She travelled to London with her family during a business trip when the Event happened. Leading her to see, hear and sense the dead/spiritual beings. She stays with the rest of the touched instead of returning back to America, realizing this is a huge opportunity for her.


  VERSE 10 
Skill Swap  
In this verse, Sydney has the ability of hydrokinesis instead of being a physical medium. Hydrokinesis is one of my favourite powers in shows and literature. Being indecisive has led me to make this verse! In this verse, Sydney can control and manipulate water and its sub-elements such as snow, ice, slush, etc. She can't control blood or any other bodily fluids... that she knows of. Willing to explore that omg.


  VERSE 11  
Squid Game  
ㅤIn this verse, Sydney is on vacation in SK, and because she is a trouble magnet, and runs into the recruiter. (Alternatively, the VIP's run an Americanised version of the games. And she partakes in those. perishes during a game of dodgeball.) She knows the language. She is number 056. Thread-depending, she perishes during Mingle or lives through the revolt.Since Squid Game is also now a global "problem" she can partake in the Canadian and USA divisions depending on the thread.

  Background  
A chaotic spirit of winter that manifested billions of years ago, now taking on the personification dubbed “Jack Frost.” The mischievous, albeit skilled spirit took his place on the Council of Legendary Figures; however, his attendance was lacking. After many years of humans getting beneath his skin and him fighting back with his wintery powers- boasting greatly about the number of fatalities every chill brings- He had been working for some time on another ice age. Much more than what the world is currently experiencing. Humans for far too long have been increasing the planet’s temperature, making he himself feel ill and something needed to change.While scheming and unfolding his plan, the council summons him and threatens to strip him of his title. As a compromise, they give him community service. Working under Scott Calvin (Santa Claus) to Jack’s annoyance. As he worked, he made Scott’s life harder. Sabotaging everything he can get his chilly fingers on.While causing chaos at the North Pole, Jack also used it as a time to continue with his Ice Age plans.Unfortunately, I heaven’t entirely thought out the plans for the climax of the movie re-write. But hell breaks loose, I’m sure they can stop Jack some way.But once Jack is arrested by Elficers, Laura and Neil are found frozen, Lucy uses her magical hugs to thaw them. The Council banishes Jack to the South Pole where he can be monitored and contained until his sentence is over. He still controls winter and every aspect of the cold element, but he needs to report to Mother Nature and Father Time- and is subject to random check-ins by other council figures.

Verse for things like zootopia, and other anthro series. Jack is a spirt. He's a shapeshifter. So he could easily turn into something else. Anything he wanted.In this verse, Jack is an arctic fox named "Jack Furost" Everything else pretty much stays the same regarding who he is as a spirit.

  Background  
Opal Beifong is the middle child of the Beifong family. Mother SuYin, Father Baatar. Eldest Brother Bataar Junior, Step-Sister Kuvira, brother Huan. And two younger twin brothers Wei and Wing. She also has an Aunt, Lin Beifong and the Grand Daughter of the Legendary Toph Beifong.

She is also one of the new members of the Air Nation, reformed after Harmonic Convergence where the balance of the world is being restored, granting some non-benders worldwide the ability to Airbend.
ㅤㅤ
Her Sky Bison is a smaller, sickly bison named "Juicy" most likely named that due to his chronic stuffy nose.Opal stands at 5'5" (165cm) and has a tan skintone. She also has olive green eyes and short bob-style black hair resembling the style popularized by the German-American actress and singer Dolly Haas *example. She has a thin but toned body-shape.
In book 3 her hair is neat and tidy, with kiss-curls resting on her cheekbones. In Book 4, her hair is more unkempt and grown out an inch, give or take.As a child, Opal grew up in a rather sheltered life in the City of Zaofu. Never venturing outside the walls or going too far from her parents or family. However, with her Step-sister Kuvira, she tried to befriend her, excited to have a step-sister but was rejected many times. Leaving their relationship strained but Opal still respected her from a distance. (events of RotE flashback do not apply here.)
ㅤㅤ
During 171 AG Opal develops the ability to Airbend, being a nonbender previously. She already began training herself (and probably help from her family the best they could) before Korra and the rest of Team Avatar show up to meet her. When Korra does begin to show her the basics, she claims that Opal is a natural. Impressed with her level of control and skills she was expressing thus far.
ㅤㅤ
While still at Zaofu, Opal was conflicted about whether she should leave home to begin her official training, consulting family members about her decision but ultimately choosing to leave.
ㅤㅤ
At some point in her time before leaving Zaofu, her Mother and Aunt get into an altercation, and Opal manages to jump down form a platform above, using airbending to brace herself, while fending off her Mother and Aunt's Earthbending attacks against one another, proving further Opal is a skilled Airbender for the short amount of time she's had the ability.
ㅤㅤ
After leaving Zaofu, Opal heads to the Northern Air Temple to be with the other Airbenders, and a while later are attacked by the Red Lotus. At the start of the attack, Opal was meditating with Kya and a few other women when they were alerted about the attack. They began to run to safety when Ming Hua captured Opal around her neck. (Headcanon that the ice used to capture Opal left an ice burn scar.)
ㅤㅤ
The airbenders are relocated to a cafe in the mountains, awaiting rescue from Team Avatar and others- eventually they do find the airbenders and as Korra and Zaheer are fighting, Opal assists Jinora creating a hurricane to bring Zaheer down.

Opal later attends Jinora's tattoo ceremony.
ㅤㅤ
After a three year time skip, Opal dawns a new air nation outfit designed by Asami, completing missions and tasks around the Earth Kingdom while Korra recovers from her injuries from fighting Zaheer.
ㅤㅤ
During the time skip, Opal is picked by a small sky bison with a congestion problem, she tried to switch being put off by his sinuses, but once a bond has been formed. there is no switching. Opal later calls him "Juicy".
ㅤㅤ
She displays aerobatic skills in the air with her wingsuit to fight bandits. Her boyfriend Bolin has joined her step-sister and brother's mission to reunite the earth kingdom, which Opal is not pleased with due to how they conduct their business. Often scaring people into signing treaties instead of letting them do it willingly.
ㅤㅤ
Eventually, her mother and twin brothers are captured by Kuvira for trying to put a stop to her, and also take in her father and brother Huan. Leaving Opal, Lin and Toph the only Beifong's left to save their family.
ㅤㅤ
With the help of Bolin, and Zhu Li, they manage to rescue the Beifongs, whilst gathering important information about Kuvira's upcoming attack on Republic City.
ㅤㅤ
Later, Opal assists the Air nation and other people at stopping Kuvira's Colossus Mech. She ended up nearly being hit, and was knocked to the ground unconscious, Bolin rushed to her side to help her and get her to safety.
ㅤㅤ
Post fight, Opal attends Varrick and Zhu Li's wedding, seen sitting among the crowd and then going to the dance floor with Bolin.
ㅤㅤ
After the series, and first of the comic series. Opal assists the other Airbenders at protecting the new spirit portal and dealing with conflict regarding the portal.
ㅤㅤ
During the next story of the comic series. Opal is seen still angry with Kuvira's actions that took place previously and the way that she treated the Beifong family. Others try and calm them down at times, but Opal is still mad.
ㅤㅤ
As we learn that there's still people who believe in Kuvira's words, Bolin, Mako and Asami are captured and brainwashed into doing their bidding and ultimately fighting against Opal and others. Bolin throws a barrage of boulders toward Opal and one of them hits her in her shoulder, knocking her out and needing to be carried back to the airship.
ㅤㅤ
During this series of comics, we see a flashback of Opal as a child. which I do not take to canon. Opal was not a mean child. She was softspoken like I explained above.
ㅤㅤ
Kuvira in this series, works against the people that once worked for her in hopes to regain the Beifong family's trust. Helping Mako, Asami and Bolin get their minds back to normal, and eventually has a hearing regarding what is to happen to her now that she's done a good deed by putting a stop to Commander Guan and his plans.
Canonically, Opal forgives Kuvira for the misdoings. However, my Opal does not. She is slightly less harsh on her, but will never truly recover whatever fractured relationship they had as sisters. She's grateful for what Kuvira did, but there is no healing what had been done.
ㅤㅤ
As an adult, Opal starts to experiment regarding airwaves, soundwaves and learns about sonar/radar and that it should be possible with airbending. Watching her family for years use Seismic sense, she adapts it to airbending, being able to sense things through the ground and over vast distances using waves within the air- and eventually, airwaves through water.

Opal is an Equalist in book 1. She lives in Republic City with Lin, and leads a double life. Villain arc!

irl verse Opal's fc is Maki Horikita. and Juicy is a small pug with sinus problems. He's still a dork and snotty, but a little silly pug! Opal is an adult in her early 20s. Perhaps 21.

Live-action verse, still using Maki, but all the other avatar stuff remains the same!

Opal lives in BaSingSe, no relation to the Beifongs. I will give her some NPC family members, but they live in the upper ring in a lavish household. She is a non-bender.

Opal has a Buffa.lord dragon instead of a sky bison. Still named Juicy and still has sinus problems.

  BACKGROUND  
Shan Yu is the ruthless and feared leader of the Hun army. Hailing from the harsh northern frontiers beyond the Great Wall of China, Shan Yu rose to power through sheer strength, intimidation, and military cunning. There Little is known about his early life, but his presence commands fear even among seasoned warriors. With his towering frame, piercing yellow eyes, and near-bestial demeanour, Shan Yu embodies a warlord who has built his empire on conquest and brutality. His closest companion is a falcon named Hayabusa, a symbol of his predatory nature and tactical advantage.Driven not by politics or survival, but by the desire to prove his dominance, Shan Yu views China's Great Wall not as a barrier, but as a challenge. When the Emperor fortifies the empire against invasion, Shan Yu takes it as a personal affront — a declaration that China does not fear him. In response, he leads a calculated and merciless invasion southward, burning villages and slaughtering innocents along the way.
